Silksworth hoping to get the better of Horden

Silksworth make the journey to Horden for their Readers Durham & North East Cricket League Division Two clash.

Silksworth, currently in fourth place, are at fifth placed Horden and skipper Andy Barrass said ahead of the game: “Unfortunately, David Nield is missing this week, but hopefully Adam Fairley will slot straight in to replace him.

"Its always a tough game against Horden, who have been a bit of a bogey team in recent seasons.

"Hopefully, we can get a positive result.”

In the other games, the top two meet at the Helford Oval, as league leaders Peterlee host second-placed Hunwick.
