First homes sold at city centre site

The first homes have been sold for a major new housing development that's changed the face of prime city centre land.
Once a site housing the 1960s Civic Centre, the large area of land running from the back of Park Lane Interchange to the edge of Mowbray Park is now home to West Park Quarter.
