The 11-year-old marriage between popular house music singer Mnqobi Shoba and revered actress Phumeza Shoba is on the brink of reaching a coda.

Sunday World can exclusively reveal that Phumeza has dumped Shoba like an obsolete music instrument after accusing him of adultery and emotional and psychological abuse.

The startling tidbits were revealed by sources close to the couple, who did not want to be identified for fear of victimisation.

The deep throats, who are privy to the estranged two lovebirds’ private lives, said Phumeza kicked Mnqobi to the kerb in July this year, and the thespian has informed the artist she wants out of their union, and has already instructed her lawyers to file for divorce.
