IF THERE is one thing Tyla did in 2025, it was refuse to give us a moment to breathe.

POPIANO POWER Tyla’s epic 2025: a year of global domination, chart-topping hits and unforgettable moments

TYLA owned 2025 with her trailblazing achievements.

Every time we thought she might slow down, she was already on another stage in another country, dropping a new song, or casually breaking yet another record like it was just part of her weekly routine.

So before we wrap up the year and pretend we've emotionally recovered from all of this, let us take a quick trip through some of Tyla’s biggest moments of 2025.

Think of it as a highlight reel filled with music, fashion, viral wins and sold-out arenas from the beginning of the year straight into December.

The princess of “popiano” carried this year, and she kicked off strong. Just a couple of weeks in, the multi-award-winning singer and songwriter was already making waves.

Billboard Women in Music announced that she would receive the Impact Award in March.

And she was fresh from signing a major endorsement deal with Nike. The Push 2 Start hitmaker's influence went beyond music, as she was appointed to the committee of the prestigious Met Gala for later in the year.

Tyla also teamed up with Shaun Paul for Push 2 Start, a fan-favourite track that initially appeared as an additional song on the deluxe version of her self-titled album, Tyla +.
