Frank's first mission at Spurs: Beat United to £60M Mbeumo
THOMAS FRANK has told Tottenham that he wants them to rival Manchester United for £60million Bryan Mbeumo.
Brentford boss Frank will be confirmed as Ange Postecoglou's successor next week if Spurs chairman Daniel Levy pays the £10m release clause. And the Dane's first job would be to hijack United's move for his Bees striker (left).
Mbeumo would represent a statement signing for Levy, who could trump the Red Devils' bid with Champions League football.
