IT’S odd for me to observe the latest campaign to starve the current Celtic board of money in order for disillusioned fans to draw attention to some directors’ unsuitability for the positions they occupy.
I stood inside the foyer of Celtic Park 31 years ago and watched as supporters came in through the front door and deposited large sums of cash on a desk.
It was the day the old board was removed and Fergus McCann was installed as the man in charge of a Celtic takeover.
