Saintly way to mark the national day

T'S hard to believe just two weeks ago I was out twice in a week at night to the theatre and didn't even need a jacket.

The recent production of To Kill A Mockingbird at the King's Theatre in Glasgow was every bit as good as I had been led to believe.

But it was mid-November and 15C as we left the theatre.

Days later, we were looking out gloves and scarves with forecast of -2C on the school run.
