Nine-man Euro champs dig deep to KO Bayern
DESIRE DOUE hailed PSG's fighting spirit after they battled their way into the Club World Cup semifinals with nine men.
The youngster set the European champs on their way to a revenge win over Bayern Munich with a 78th-minute opener.
And despite Willian Pacho and Lucas Hernandez seeing red, Ousmane Dembele sealed it deep in stoppage time to avenge a Euro defeat to Bayern last November.
Delighted Doue, 20, said: "It was a highly intense match which required you to fight hard.
"We demonstrated great spirit once again. Winning was the most important thing. We previously lost to them at the start of the season so getting our revenge was also crucial. Victory made us very happy."
Teammate Achraf Hakimi added: "We did what we had to do to take the win.
