A PUPPY who had his eyes cut out in a brutal attack in Romania has found his forever home in Scotland.

Otto's eyeballs were gouged from their sockets by thugs because he was barking in a garden.

The blind puppy was rescued by charity Paw Prints to Freedom in March, who posted a Facebook plea for a new home.

Michelle McKee and her daughter Hannah, eight, fell in love with Otto and applied to adopt him.
