EAST KILBRIDE closed the gap at the top to just four points after a convincing 2-0 win over Stirling.

Boss Mick Kennedy was delighted to get back to winning ways after last week's loss to Spartans.

He said: “We had to cut out individual errors. Today we did that and defended well. We deserved to win.”

John Robertson shot home in 20 minutes then missed a penalty before Connor Young fired in to seal the win in 88 minutes.
