LIVERPOOL held out against nine-man Spurs to continue their mini revival but the win came at a cost.

Super sub striker Alexander Isak, who replaced crocked Conor Bradley at the break, suffered a nasty injury as he put the Reds in front and left the pitch in tears.

Arne Slot's men put that behind them to extend their lead through Hugo Ekitike's towering header.

But they were forced to hang on after sub Richarlison pulled one back.
