And he reckons that spells trouble for their Premiership rivals.

Shankland has been renamed Jambos skipper by new boss Derek McInnes after finally penning a three-year deal at Tynecastle following weeks of uncertainty.

Former Hearts boss Laszlo reckons the Scotland striker needs to feel the love to perform to his peak.

He said: "Sometimes even a marriage gets to be boring or tired.

"The love is there but you feel that something is wrong. You have to look at what you can do to refresh everything.
