BOYLER'S GOT A TON STILL TO DO
Sunday Mail
|March 30, 2025
DAVID GRAY has backed Martin Boyle to hit a century of goals for Hibs after the forward notched his 15th of the season in an emphatic win over basement strugglers St Johnstone.
-
Boyle added to Junior Hoilett's opener in a dominant first half before sub Kieron Bowie wrapped up a straight forward afternoon from the penalty spot in stoppage time.
Hibees winger Boyle is now just six goals short of the 100 milestone in a career stretching over 10 years at Easter Road.
And with the 31-year-old out of contract this summer, Gray admits Boyle is desperate to achieve that feat.
The Easter Road gaffer said: “It’s fantastic for Martin and fully deserved.
“It’s something I’ve said for a number of weeks and years how he affects games at this level.
“He's obviously a fantastic player and he's such a threat, especially on the break.
