NHS kept political records of surgery victim on file
HEALTH chiefs have apologised after recording details of a patient's political campaigning in their notes.
Theresa Mallett is one of dozens of patients who believe they were harmed by disgraced ex-NHS medic Professor Sam Eljamel.
The 63-year-old was left with life-changing injuries after undergoing botched surgery for sciatica carried out by the Libyan surgeon while working for NHS Tayside.
