The Slovenian striker completed his £73.5million move from Red Bull Leipzig yesterday morning and was presented to the 65,103 crowd before yesterday's 1-1 friendly draw with Serie A side Fiorentina.

He was given a rapturous welcome by his new supporters - and well he might as United come off their worst goalscoring term in over half a century.
