Nestlé Lanka inspires environmental awareness through nationwide schools art competition

Nestlé Lanka, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and the Central Environmental Authority (CEA), successfully concluded its 2025 Schools Art Competition, held under the theme “A greener environment through the eyes of children”.

The initiative aimed to promote responsible waste management and environmental awareness among Sri Lankan schoolchildren.
The art competition formed part of Nestlé Lanka’s broader School Waste Management Programme, which this year reached over 400,000 students across 800 schools islandwide. The programme encourages youth to adopt sustainable waste disposal habits from an early age.
