VIP ticket to Jeff's wisdom

Over the years I am lucky have met many celebrities through my work with Prostate Cancer UK but if I had to choose one who has made the biggest difference to my life - and the lives of others - it would be the sports broadcaster Jeff Stelling.

I first met Jeff while on his 10th, but my first, walking marathon for the charity.

I recall how engaging he was and supportive of a cause that had not affected him personally. Two years later I walked 12 marathons with him (in 12 days), then four more, and our final one was in memory of BBC broadcaster Bill Turnbull, who died in 2022 from prostate cancer.
