TEENAGERS revising for summer exams can only manage 14 minutes' work before becoming distracted - often by their phones, an alarming poll has found.

And as GCSE and A-level tests loom, 86% of their parents feel their offspring are not doing enough to prepare.
The average mother or father falls out with their offspring four times a day on the subject - and 51% of the pupils say going over textbooks leaves them feeling overwhelmed.
