SIR Bradley Wiggins faces losing "absolutely everything" including his eight Olympic medals after being declared bankrupt, his lawyer has said.
The cycling great, 44 - who was the first Briton to win the Tour de France has seen his £13million fortune disappear due to failed business ventures.
He is homeless and staying with his ex-wife and friends after his £975,000 converted barn in Lancashire was repossessed and sold months ago, lawyer Alan Sellers revealed yesterday.
"In reality, Brad is sofa-surfing," he said. "He stays with friends and family. It is a total mess.
"He has lost absolutely everything. His family home, his home in Majorca, his savings and investents. He doesn't have a penny. It's a very sad state of affairs."
