NHS has 'no way of knowing if Al causes errors'

THE body that handles NHS complaints says it has no way to record if a problem is caused by artificial intelligence.
NHS Resolution which provides expertise to the health service on resolving concerns and disputes says it categorises complaints via "predefined cause, injury and speciality codes", but it confirmed that no code exists for AI.
It admitted it is not possible to identify if an error has been caused by the software.
