FAVOURITE BOWS OUT IN WIMBLEDON FINAL
THE Princess of Wales brought tennis ace Ons Jabeur consolation yesterday after the crowd favourite lost the Wimbledon final for the second year in a row.
It meant Czech underdog Marketa Vondrousova was the first unseeded player to win the ladies' title.
Caring Kate, 41, was seen rubbing the arm of the Tunisian runner-up as she shared words of comfort on Centre Court, before presenting her with her trophy.
Jabeur, 28, then broke down in tears, joking in her on-court interview that she was "going to look ugly in the photos" after "the most painful loss" of her career.
