Perthshire’s Highland Spring Group has grown sales in the year by 13.5 per cent to £148.2m as it continues to progress towards its stated ambition of £200m.

A strong performance last year also enabled the Blackford based business to achieve its long-term goal of becoming the UK’s number one water brand by both value and volume in July this year.

Overall, the Group reported total UK retail sales of over £200 million with Highland Spring reinforcing its position as the UK’s No.1 water brand with a retail volume share of 9.8 per cent and a value share of 11 per cent, as the brand leads the market with total sales reaching 306 million litres.
