Former Wallace High pupil and Scotland rugby star Finn Russell has been named to his third British and Irish Lions squad for this summer's tour of Australia - with hopes he can star in the famous red shirt.

Lions head coach Andy Farrell named his 37-man selection for the tour at a glittering event in London yesterday afternoon, with Russell one of eight Scots called up for the select team, made up of players from Scotland, England, Wales and Ireland.
