No fines issued for dog fouling

The council has not issued any fixed penalty notices to individuals for allowing dog fouling
Penalties for parking offences in Stirling totalled more than 11,000 in a year - but not a single person was penalised for allowing dog fouling over the same period.
Conservative councillor Bryan Flannagan asked environment, transport and net zero committee convener, Labour councillor Jen Preston, how many PCNs (Penalty Charge Notices) had been issued for car parking in the last 12 months compared with FPNs (Fixed Penalty Notices) for dog fouling.
Cllr Preston said: “During the period April 2024 to March 2025 there has been 11,377 penalty charge notices (PCNs) issued for parking offences.
“During the same period no fixed penalty notices (FPNs) have been issued for dog fouling.
