"Sanskrit Month" inaugurated with focus on language and environment

A grand inaugural ceremony of “Sanskrit Month” was organized today by Shri Kailash Jyotish Avim Vedic Sansthan Trust at Panchmukhi Hanuman Temple, Yatri Bhawan, Jewal, Jammu.

The event aimed to promote the rich heritage of Sanskrit and environmental awareness, and was highlighted by the distribution of 5,000 saplings in collaboration with the Social Forestry Department, Jammu.
Shiv Kumar Sharma, DIG of Jammu-Kathua-Samba Range, graced the function as chief guest. Sunaina Mehta, Principal of the Revenue Training Institute, attended as guest of honour, while Brijesh Sharma, SP (Rural), Jammu, was present as a distinguished guest.
