Court rejects bail in Rs 250 Crore Heroin Smuggling Case

JAMMU: Special Judge NDPS Court Jammu, Yash Pal Sharma, rejected the bail application of Ravinder Singh, alleged to be the key mastermind behind an inter-state narcotics smuggling racket involving the recovery of over 50 kg of heroin worth approximately ₹250 crore.

Represented by advocates Ravinder Sharma and Prince Khanna, the accused had sought bail, which was strongly opposed by Special Public Prosecutor Ajay Singh Manhas appearing for the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).
