Wales boss Bellamy is pushing Colwill Snr hard

RUBIN DESPERATE TO PLAY ALONGSIDE BROTHER JOEL FOR THEIR COUNTRY
RUBIN Colwill admits he has been pushed hard by Craig Bellamy as he looks to force his way back into the Wales squad.
The Cardiff City playmaker has not featured for his country since Bellamy took charge 14 months ago, despite racking up nine caps earlier in his career.
His younger brother Joel, meanwhile, has broken into the senior setup and will be part of the squad for this month's fixtures against England and Belgium.
Joel's first cap came against Canada in Swansea last month, with Rubin watching on proudly from the stands.
While Joel has continued his rapid rise, Rubin is having to bide his time on the international front.
The older Colwill knows Bellamy well, having worked under him in Cardiff's academy, and says the new Wales boss has been direct in their conversations since becoming head coach of the national team.
"I've known Craig a long time," Rubin told The Guardian. "He's one to push players to try and get the most out of them and I think he's definitely trying to do that with me.
"Every time we speak he's obviously watched my games and in the conversations we've had there's always been a little thing he wants me to change or something to do better.
