Iconic hotel back in business after family's careful revamp

The doors of the Radstock Hotel have reopened, ushering in a new chapter for one of the town's most iconic buildings. It is all thanks to a heartfelt restoration led by the King family - lifelong residents of the area.
Spotting what they described as a "real gap in the market" for a quality, family-friendly venue in Radstock, the Kings took on the challenge of reviving the historic hotel.
"There seemed to be a real gap in the market for a family-friendly venue offering great food and a warm atmosphere," said Scott King, one of the driving forces behind the venture. "So, we took the plunge."
