The Tyne Tunnels has marked a major green energy shift.

TT2, the operator of the Tyne Tunnels, has announced the installation of 212 solar panels at its Wallsend headquarters as it looks to achieve sustainable energy operations.
Supplied by Aberla, the solar panels are being fitted to the roofs of three buildings at the Tyne Tunnels by Washington-based DVC Commercial Roofing Contractors.
