CONFIDENT Franco Smith reckons his Glasgow side are in a good place as they prepare for Saturday's URC semi-final away to Leinster - even though they have lost twice to the Irish team in the past two months.
The Warriors were hammered 52-0 in the Champions Cup quarter-final in April. Then a couple of weekends ago they went back to Dublin and were beaten 13-5 in the league.
Although that more recent result was still a defeat, Smith’s side were in the fight until the last couple of minutes, when a penalty denied them a losing bonus point.
