Robertson slated for promoting Scexit 'fixation'

ANGUS Robertson has boasted about promoting breaking up the UK while on taxpayer-funded trips abroad.

The SNP's External Affairs and Constitution Secretary previously accused the UK Tory government of "misleading" comments when it clamped down on his junkets after he repeatedly encroached on reserved matters such as the constitution, so discussions on Scexit should be off the table.

But now, with no threat of sanctions, Mr Robertson has bragged he gets asked about independence "all the time" while overseas and is happy to promote the SNP's policy.
