MERYL Streep and Richard E Grant were among the A-listers joining George Clooney for the Hollywood star’s London event honouring modern heroes.
Well-dressed big names rubbed shoulders with entrepreneurs, politicians and activists for The Albies awards.
Friday’s ceremony, created by George, 64, and his wife, human rights lawyer Amal, 47, “shines a protective spotlight on brave individuals and groups from around the globe who, at great personal risk, have devoted their lives to fighting for justice”.
