THE cost of John Swinney's trip to Rome to attend the funeral of the late Pope Francis has been revealed. The First Minister jetted out to Italy for a weekend where he was one of the mourners at the wake of the religious leader that took place on April 26.
His appearance was questioned by some Scots on social media as foreign affairs is a reserved matter, with the likes of US President Donald Trump, PM Sir Keir Starmer and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky all in attendance.
