Wrexham snub opening loan offer
RANGERS face a major battle to lure Josh Windass back to Ibrox after seeing their opening loan bid booted out by Wrexham.
Express Sport understands that Gers gaffer Danny Rohl is keen to be reunited with the former Ibrox star, who he managed at Sheffield Wednesday.
But he's already seen his first loan offer knocked back by the Welsh outfit, who are reluctant to let the 31-year-old leave after an electric start at the Racecourse.
Windass followed Rohl out the Hillsborough exit this summer as he quit the English Championship crisis club to join second-tier new boys Wrexham.
