A DELIGHTED customer is back on track after delivery disconnects left him without his new phone purchase and no clue as to where it might be.

DELIVERY DELAYS: Paying the monthly bill helped to speed up a positive outcome

Although Sam Peters was pretty fed up with the no-show and the delays afterwards, he did continue to pay the monthly bill for his contract with operator iD Mobile, part of the Currys group.

This was to his advantage in the long run because it showed both good faith and, given the retailer had his details, helped keep matters more straightforward when a resolution was being addressed.
