Triple death crash driver is jailed for four years

A YOUNG woman who killed three young men in a horrendous high-speed crash has been jailed for almost four years.

Jorja Colville was yesterday told that her driving had been “appallingly dangerous”.

Her boyfriend, Reece Williams, and two of his friends, Lewis Soden and Connor Page — described as “kind, hardworking and cheerful young men of strength and character” — were all fatally injured.

Sentencing Colville to three years and ten months, a judge told her to think of her victims whilst she was behind bars.

Addressing the 21-year-old, Lady Ross said: “When are in prison, I encourage you to use your time wisely and when you leave prison live your life well, purposefully and constructively — not just for your own sake but in memory of those who died.”
