THE mother of Harry Dunn, the teenage motorcyclist killed by a US citizen who was able to leave the UK under diplomatic immunity laws, said her son would be “super proud” as she was made an MBE.
Charlotte Charles was honoured by the Prince of Wales in an investiture ceremony at Windsor Castle yesterday.
Charlotte, 50, received the accolade for her road safety campaigning work since her 19-year-old son died in 2019.
