IRISHMAN LOOKING TO TAKE CELTS' SCALP IN CUP AGAIN
GRAHAM CAREY helped St Mirren knock Celtic out of a Hampden semi-final in 2013 and now he's on a mission to repeat the feat with Scottish football's other Saints.
The Irishman was part of the Buddies side who defeated Neil Lennon's hot favourites 3-2 in the League Cup last-four on their way to winning the trophy against Hearts.
Carey's sensational long-range strike for St Johnstone against Livingston on Monday has edged him closer to reaching another cup final - as long as the Perth Saints see off Brendan Rodgers' side next month.
The 35-year-old said: "We know it will be tough. Semi-finals are different to league games. There's a bit more pressure on them.
"I did beat Celtic in one with St Mirren Everybody played their part that day, which is what we'll need.
"It wasn't even a case of us defending the whole game. It clicked for us and they had a slight off-day. It can happen in big games - hopefully it happens again.

IT'S A FAMILY AFFAIR
A little goes a very long way in the third chapter of director James Cameron's blockbusting franchise. Avatar: Fire And Ash is a masterclass in candyfloss storytelling, expertly fluffing around an hour of linear plot and character development into more than three hours of jaw-dropping visual spectacle that continues to push the envelope for performance capture technology.
