STORM Bram will lead to strong winds and heavy rain across Scotland today, forecasters have warned.
A Met Office amber warning for wind, valid from 4pm today until midnight, covers northwest Scotland, where gusts could reach up to 90mph.
The second named storm of the season was declared yesterday by Met Eireann, which is Ireland’s equivalent of the Met Office.
