SCOTS were put on thunderstorm alert last night after days of temperatures soaring across the country.
The Met Office said: “While some places will remain dry, heavy showers and thunderstorms could cause disruption on Thursday.”
The yellow warning covers the whole of Scotland until 10pm tonight and follows several days of sweltering weather.
Last night, the Scottish Environment Protection Agency issued flood alerts across 19 regions.
