VLADIMIR Putin's state TV broadcaster has slammed the Russian army for failing to strike Odesa during a visit by Boris Johnson.
The former prime minister was spotted in the Ukrainian city at the weekend ahead of a visit to Kyiv, in a move that is said to have infuriated Russia's leadership.
