Living for the weekend workouts

“WEEKEND warriors” who cram all of their exercise into one or two days each week are “significantly” less likely to die young, according to research.

Being physically active even for just a couple of days a week may be “key” to improved health, say scientists.

The study involving more than 90,000 British adults suggests at least 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity in just two days had similar or better health benefits as distributing activity throughout the week.
