STRASBOURG boss Liam Rosenior leads the race to take over at Stamford Bridge after Chelsea ran out of patience with Enzo Maresca.
The Blues axed the Italian after two days of intense talks with his representatives.
Chelsea have said publicly they wanted to "make a change" to get the club's season "back on track", but the word from Maresca is he had decided to quit after a breakdown in relations with his employers.
