Kingsley insists Hearts can't be rattled by slip-up

- CRAIG SWAN

LET'S JUST STAY COOL AND CALM

STEPHEN KINGSLEY admits there was raw anger and frustration after the crucial title setback.

But, once the dust had settled at Livingston, Hearts' minds instantly cleared.

And, amid the frantic nature of this flag scrap, it's having that calmness which Kingsley feels could hold the key.

Derek McInnes and his team were frustrated at letting two points slip away in West Lothian, but it's gone. It's straight back to business.

With six games to go, Hearts are still at the Premiership summit. Forget about stress and tension, it's a fabulous position for them and Kingsley knows it.

Cutting out the mistakes which allowed Livi to inflict damage is, naturally, high on the agenda ahead of Saturday's clash with Motherwell at Tynecastle.

But so, too, is staying composed. Seeing the big picture and knowing that the opportunity remains in their hands to do something special.

Kingsley said: "Calm, aye. Definitely. It's raw, it's hard, it's emotional for everyone. It's emotional for the gaffer coming in and for the players involved.

"It's very hard to analyse anything 10 or 15 minutes after the final whistle. There is frustration and anger in the dressing room as well there should be.

"It was a massive game and we've not picked up full points, so we are frustrated.
