Landmark poppies a work of heart...

ARTISTS have painted 30ft poppies on grass pyramids beside a motorway to remind motorists about this year's appeal.
The three giant blooms appeared near Bathgate on the M8 between Glasgow and Edinburgh, marking their 15th year of remembrance there.
Volunteers spray painted the poppies using stencils on the pyramids, themselves an artwork sculpted by Patricia Leighton in 1993.
