Veteran Milner keen to pass on his experience to Brighton's latest crop of youngsters

- BY IAN BAKER

JAMES MILNER reckons he has the “cheat code” that can help Brighton's young stars to glory.

The former England midfielder is still playing at the grand old age of 39.

And he will be involved again on and off the pitch for the Seagulls as they take on his former club Manchester City tomorrow.

Boss Fabian Hurzeler (above) has brought in a series of young players including strikers Stefanos Tzimas and Charalam-pos Kostoulas (right, bottom), ‘winger Tom Watson (right, top), all 19, and defender Diego Coppola (right, middle), 21, as he plots a European bid.

And Milner is playing a major role in their development, hoping he can help them eliminate errors he made early in his glittering career.

He said: “We're teaching them how to be professional footballers, how to live as professionals and doing the right things.
