Frustrated Musk calls time on his DOGE role

ELON Musk has revealed he has left the Donald Trump administration.

The world’s richest man led the Department of Government Efficiency, or DOGE, tasked with slashing federal spending.

However, he became frustrated with Donald Trump’s tariff hikes as well as plans to raise the deficit - the President’s “big beautiful bill”.

Mr Musk said: “I think a bill can be big or it could be beautiful. But I don’t know if it could be both.”
