Constance in 'rule breach' over website

A SENIOR SNP minister has been accused of breaching Holyrood rules by uploading party political news and images onto her official Scottish Parliament website.
Angela Constance’s publicly funded website is currently “down” now whilst the issue is investigated and rectified.
The Justice Secretary is now the subject of a complaint as it has been alleged that SNP content appeared on her site, which is only meant to be about parliamentary functions.
The Daily Record originally reported that a complaint was lodged about the Almond Valley MSP on Friday.
