Attorney General Dave Sunday has announced the launch of the Office of Attorney General's Elder Exploitation Section, which aims to enhance protections and services for seniors by focusing on preventing financial theft and holding offenders criminally accountable.

On Tuesday, Attorney General Sunday joined legislative leaders and advocacy organizations at the State Capitol Building to formally announce the section's launch.
