The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) collected Rs 4,930.36 crore in property tax for the financial year 2024-25.This marks a sharp increase of over Rs 1,000 crore from Rs 3,918 crore collected in 2023-24. Notably, this surge was achieved without raising tax rates.
